Sony PlayStation 4 PRO 1TB Gaming Console - Black (Renewed)

My Sony PS4 Pro arrived 2 days earlier than the projected delivery date. The condition of the game console is absolutely flawless! I almost couldn't believe it! It was as if I had purchased a brand spanking new item from a local brick and mortar store. The box it came in was in pristine condition. It was well packed and well protected with lots of packing paper and bubble pads. It was if the Gods of shipping, and gaming had smiled upon me! There were zero imperfections! Not a single scratch on it! No dents! No dings! Not even a fingerprint, or a smudge mark! The same goes for the controller. No scuffs, scratches, or any damage whatsoever! Not even that greasy residue from skin oils and Cheeto dust that you usually see on a used controller! The console runs like it's brand new! The power cord, HDMI cord, and USB controller charging cord all appear to be brand new, or at least rarely used. I couldn't ask for a better quality used item! I love it! I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! Y'all know what time it is? It's game time time baby!!

So far so good. I am returning to gaming after near 40 years. I wanted a powerful system, but not at NEW design prices. This model works well! I have had issues with the controller glitching in its connectivity to the device, but it can be resolved by resetting the device. I recommend this for anyone wanting to play online games. April, 2025: I have been playing anything from Fortnite, to monster Hunter Stories on this console, and have only had a few connectivity issues, one ofwhuch affected anyone with a PS. It gets really hot, but with an inexpensive fan stand, it doesn't shut down. Summer might be a different story with excessive heat and humidity. I will add more on this if anything changes.

Excellent PS4 System. FYI the controller it comes with is not a real ps4 DualShock controller. My psvr camera did not detect the sensor in the controller. I could not play certain games due to the controller it came with. I had bought a ps4 controller from Sony and it worked just fine. Beware of the EAC logo on the back of the controller as it might not work for games that require psvr and controller tracking. Attached are the pictures of the controller I received and the controller I had to buy separately from Sony.

I bought this "Renewed" PS4 Pro, but the experience has been a nightmare. ​Terrible Packaging: The console arrived in a simple cardboard box with just a few pieces of paper on top. There was no styrofoam or bubble wrap to protect it from shocks during transit. ​Physical Damage: Because of the poor packaging, the console arrived with a large crack in the casing. It clearly took a hard hit during delivery. ​Hardware Failure: It’s not just a cosmetic issue. The console is defective. It has shut down by itself 3-4 times within the first 24 hours of use. It seems to be overheating or has a serious internal hardware defect. ​I already contacted customer service about the crack, but now that the system is crashing constantly, it is unusable. This is not what "Renewed" quality should look like. Stay away from this seller! Final warning: I am monitoring the system closely for the next 2-3 days. If these shutdowns continue systematically, I will be returning this console for a full refund immediately. This is unacceptable for a "Renewed" product.

Console was listed as “excellent“ and it is exactly that. It looks absolutely pristine. Shipping was faster than what was listed, service was fantastic, great communication when I had questions. I can see why they’re a top rated seller. Definitely make sure you choose these guys if you’re gonna buy something in their line of expertise some of these sellers are not keeping up their end of the bargain. These guys deliver.

Worked well in the beginning but now it has numerous errors!! I continuously keep my fan & A/C low to keep it cool so it doesn’t overheat. It still has many problems. Considering PS5.

I have been wanting to upgrade from my PS3 (that's right, still using PS3) but I couldn't see paying the PS5 cost and having to replace all my favorite games (all the major sports) would be way too much for me. After many helpful Youtube videos and Amazon reviews, I settled on upgrading to the PS4 pro. This console itself is considered an upgrade from the PS4. I haven't swap out the old HD fora quieter/faster SSD or anything yet but it's still the best move I could have made. The quality of Amazon premium items is like store shelf new. I added the extra protection and feel I now have a device that will last me for years to come. If you enjoy playing video games and don't need to newest tech, give the PS4 pro (renewed) a try.
