This is much better than a previous purchase from another brand of $100 pillows. Yet, this pillow requires fluffing to draw air into the pillow to be the most effective. It has to be fluffed not just every day, but once or twice a night during the time you are supposed to be asleep. Best I have found and still looking.

did not notice little piece of paper on how to get softness after opening pillow until the second day. At this point it is still fairly hard - will see how it is tonight. When I ordered it said order firm pillow for side sleeper .

I have neck issues due to working at a desk all day. The pain typically carriers into the night, but this pillow has helped alleviate the neck stress and allows me to finally feel refreshed in the morning. Really nice king size is perfect size for neck support that extends to the shoulders and back. Super happy with this

It's good enough but not as fluffy as described For the price is expensive

I've been sleeping on my "side sleep" pillow for a while and I like it. It has a nice pillow cover so it doesn't hemorrhage feathers like other pillows. It really does sleep cool. It you love the hotel pillows that you can squish into place, this is a good pillow for you. I do have sensitive ears and this pillow can feel hard if it's really balled up but that's on me and not them.
