Great microwave, as shown, perfect size, works well so far

It did fill the kitchen with smoke once while warming a chocolate chip cookie ( for 35 seconds on 100% power ). So we put it out in the garage, then outside,still to much smoke! This is a nice looking serious fire hazard. I'm thinking about buying another one for the neighbors I've disliked for a long time. I would recommend this for a boat anchor, but I don't think it is heavy enough. It's too big for a book end, or wheel chock. Maybe storage for small hand tools? I would recommend this for anything except a microwave, maybe mosquito repellant. I should have given this 1 star, but I wanted people to read this! My attorney friend said that it shouldn't be called a microwave, he calls it evidence.

This product does not work- it won’t start - warming a cup of coffee is so frustrating it just doesn’t work- be warned when you return it they will charge you a restock fee. Save yourself some time and money and buy a cheap one from Best Buy

I bought this microwave in March 2025 and used it lightly (daily reheating and popcorn). Performance and heating have been excellent. Unfortunately, the door doesn’t close properly, it stays slightly ajar unless pushed firmly. Keep in mind this is a brand new microwave and it’s on my basement we don’t use it every day! I’m very sad because it did go well with my decor.

Would have given 5 stars but got annoyed by the safety sticker stuck on the window of microwave. You would think it would peel off nice and easy. Not the case. Now I have a little project at hand to remove excess glue and sticker.
