I have skin issues and learned about people using Hibiclens online. They swore by it and said that this helped their HS. So I decided to try it. These two bottles were a great deal and have lasted me sooooo long! Its surgical grade so it's designed to kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi, making it an effective choice for those looking to maintain clean, infection-free skin. I also use it to wash tattoos that are new and still healing. One of the standout features of Hibiclens is its ability to continue providing protection for up to 24 hours after use. Unlike many other soaps, it forms a protective barrier that keeps working even after rinsing, which is awesome for sweat, bacteria and other viruses. *Pro tip: Buy a foaming bottle because it helps it lathers up way easier!!! See last picture :) The liquid formula is easy to apply and lathers up well. It comes with a pump if you want to use it out of the big bottle. They say it's safe for daily use so I use it every night when I shower. However, DO NOT use it near the eyes, ears, or mucous membranes! Hibiclens is an excellent antimicrobial soap! I use it regularly, and it gives me peace of mind knowing it provides strong protection against germs and bacteria. It leaves my skin feeling clean without being overly drying, and a little goes a long way. It’s especially helpful for cuts, scrapes, or before/after medical procedures. The quality is outstanding, and I trust it completely for keeping my skin healthy. Highly recommend!

Great wash for infections

Good for so many things. A household must. A patrol must. It’s great. Body acne cuts scrapes. Antifungal. A lot of things have come up and I’ve either used this or recommended it to other people and where is everything right. Is a miracle cure of course. Other things are done along side of it like dressing a wound properly, etc. but very good.

This actually is a product I was directly told by my anesthesia team to get in preparation for surgery, so I assume something about it works really well. That said, the soap is extremely watery and doesn't foam up all that much like most soaps and body wash, so I spent a lot of time in the shower using up the entire bottle (the night before and day of) just to make sure every part of me was truly clean. I haven't had any post-op infections yet, but I do wish there was a better way to show that you're accomplishing the whole cleaning part. I guess the size actually makes a lot of sense too, assuming that doctors expect everyone will be in my position.

As expected, great product. But the bottle does not have an inner safety seal. It can be opened by anyone. In addition, it arrives in a plastic bag. The manufacturer's outer original box is missing. Without the safety seal and the manufacturer's original packaging, I always wonder what is in the bottle ...
