Why does is this 7 pounds heavier than the iq air v5-cell module?

IQAir simply made a mistake when listing their product. The IQAir Genuine Original V5-Cell Gas & Odor Replacement Filter is listed with an "Item Weight" of 2 pounds, but it is actually 6lbs (+-1lb). The Crystalline Stage 2: Gas & Odor Management Filter is approximately 7.5lbs (+-1 lb). Crystalline Stage 2 has an additional construction feature compared to all other competitors. We have introduced a unique film coating on Crystalline frames. This provides a very smooth surface for elements glide across. When looking at the numbers we see Crystalline Stage 2 weight is right where it should be from a design perspective. Adding the packaging into the equation, which consists of a box, shrinkwrap, polybag, installation instructions, and cushioning to ensure safe transport, we arrive at the final weight as listed in the product description. The IQ Air Health Pro Compact only has 2 filtration modules, they are: (1) The Hyper Hepa Module and (2) The Pre Max Module. This means you only need the PureIllusion Crystalline Stage 1 Pre Filter and the PureIllusion Crystalline Stage 3 HEPA Filter.
