Worked like a charm in Denmark!
ALL IN ONE World Travel Plug Power Adapter 2000 Watts Voltage Converter Step Down 220V to 110V for Hair Dryer Steam Iron Laptop MacBook Cell Phone - US to UK AU Europe Over 150 Countries I just used this converter/adapter in Denmark and it worked beautifully. I'm confused by a previous review that states this is a converter, not adapter (and I think the reviewer got the two confused). This has 4 different plug in adapters for different areas of the world. The one I used worked in places such as Denmark. It ALSO has a step-down converter, which works on things like blow dryers, flat irons, etc. (Read the specs, as it is for use with higher wattage products such as heating appliances). Things like my iPhone and Kindle, I did NOT need to switch the 'converter' switch, because the iPhone and Kindle already have an internal converter, so all I needed to use was the adapter. I do have to comment, however, that it seemed that my flat iron ran a bit hot so I just used a lower setting and turned it off if I felt that it was perhaps getting to hot, and could still use it because of the heat retained. It did NOT fry it, though, and is still working just fine. I am very happy with this little converter, which does come in a nice little zippered pouch, and am glad that I purchased it and was able to use it abroad. Just keep the instructions with it so you can refer to how to use it, in case you forget!

Didn't work for us at all...
The seller was great and responded to my questions. However, the actual item was not worth that much money. It pretty much is just an adapter which you could get for a few dollars, a big pack. The converter part has too many rules and you are bound to mess up. There is no fuse that will blow, it will be your product. We bought it for the Betty crocker pizza oven which we bought on Amazon. We were using it in a 220 country and as soon as we plugged it in, it started doing all sorts of weird sounds, we thought it would blow up. Being a brand new machine, there was no way we would chance it. We went back to our regular transformer, which is my advice to you. Yes, it has all of these handy adapter heads to put in any wall, but i wouldn't risk it for something regularly used. Maybe if you have a quick trip and need for basic things that you won't be sad losing if it doesn't work out.

Compact and easy to use
It works perfectly in Europe (Rome, Paris, Brussels, and London). I didn’t use the dryer option because they had the dryers in the hotels everywhere I went. Will try it out when I’m in Asia next month. Overall, the product works great and so compact and easy to carry and use. No complaints at all.

Great gadget
What a lovely discovery this little gadget has been. I purchased it prior to me leaving on a trip to Cyprus. It worked beautifully. It has the option to use as Converter or as an Adapter. Then this past November I went to Italy and brought it with me. How wonderful that I could use it for everything. I used it to charge my IPad, my IPhone, toothbrush, my old Clarisonic brush. I found in the past, when buying those small adapter plugs in the country I was visiting, they would work for certain things, like my IPhone but not for other small gadgets. This little guy, turned out to be a really big help. Planning on going on another trip this year, let’s see how it does. :)

Perfect for US devices when travelling
I wanted to power an older US appliance, one that would not run on anything but 110 volt. By contrast, most newer appliances can handle both the 110 volt of the US, and the 220 volt of Europe and the Middle East, but not this appliance. This particular appliance was a high-wattage device too, and I was a little concerned that this small adapter could handle it. No worries! Be aware that there is a switch on this adapter that changes it from a pass-thru device at 220 volt, to a converter that brings the voltage down to 110. Make sure this switch is engaged when running a US appliance (like mine) that requires 110 volt!
