So far it is working great.I like the remote control,saved from getting up and down.It cools down quite good for our small living room,about 10 by 12.The low fan setting is pretty strong,it's like having a good size box fan .Fairly quiet and it comes with a three year wart where name brand ones only come with a one year warranty.
