I was a bit sceptical about ordering a sofa set online. But took a chance with this. This is as good if not better than getting it from a wood furniture store near your place. I ordered this 3+2+1 set. The delivery took some time as it was festive season. But we unboxed it. The only problem is that this is DIY and it is not easy. If you like DIY then it's very good. Or else you will face some difficulty. But the seller is very good. I stay in Bangalore and he arranged a furniture guy who would help me setup the furniture. If you do DIY then please start with the smallest box which is the single piece sofa. The wood is very good. Sheesham is top notch quality. It has been close to a month and there is no creaking sound as well even though I did the DIY. The cushion is not that hard neither it is too soft. My father has lower back issue and he is able to sit comfortably. Go ahead and try this sofa!!

A PROBLEM we faced: I ordered this and while some last moment change in the mode of payment, my installation request got unselected. After delivery we were hoping to receive a call for installation which did not happen and we realised it was not booked. Turns out you cannot request amazon to arrange for installation after placing the order. We tried to connect with many amazon executives who gave us the seller contacts. The contacts were not reachable and one was a wrong contact. IF YOU PLAN TO BUY THIS OR ANY FURNITURE AND WISH TO GET INSTALLATION, DO NOT MISS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Fortunately for us, Urban Company was available on the same day and our sofa was assembled in less than 2 hours. Overall happy with the purchase. This sofa set has added some happiness to our living room.

Very poor finish and polish. Not like as is in photos, cushions and cloth used for covers are very low quality, thin wooden members,totally Unsatisfied.

Ordered 3+2+1 online on Amazon . 1.The order was delivered before the scheduled date 2.The packing was excellent in three different boxes . The biggest box had all stuff for the 3 Seater along with required tools nd the bolts . There would be no confusion if boxes are opened one by one in sequence after the assembly of open box box is completed. 3. Contacted the seller and found him very helpful and forthcoming in his approach. Immediately two videos showing the installation procedure were sent which made life simple. 4.It is absolutely simple to assemble the sofa and does not require much of an effort if the instructions are followed. 5. Quality wise the wood appears to be good and polish is of very high standard. Definitely value for money. 6.Seller was kind enough to call up again an ask if I could do the installation. Would highly recommend the product and the seller for purchases. Thanks a lot Amazon . It was a great satisfying experience.

Bad finishing, not fixable, bad manufacturing, bad wood and its not sheesham as per my carpenter. The wood has bend. The hard board is damaged. No way to contact amazon for replacement???? It's appears to be a fraud.

Good and sturdy, but small for heavily built or tall people. Cannot sit for long, with the cushions provided.
