This was what I expected as a reference tool for painting small and medium size rocks.

This is my first time painting rocks and I love it! Instructions are easy to follow. I find this very relaxing and enjoyable! This book is very inspiring! Thank you!

This book helped to get started. I’ve wanted to paint stones for a long time. I had all the things needed. I just needed a little “you can do it” push. So I looked through this book and just decided to do it. No one needed to see them if they didn’t come out. The picture I attached is my FIRST rock! So if you need a little inspiration and ideas, get this book. It’s easy to understand, gives you options of what and how to paint, just a really good book.

Not what I was hoping after opening the book....but will be useful for a few designs.

This book was a gift for a relative. She paints rocks and when she unwrapped the book, it just about knocked her socks off! She loves it!

Lovely projects for those who relish the challenge! Ms. Bac's other publication, "The Art of Stone Painting", would be a good start, before trying to tackle "A Year of Stone Painting". Designs in both books are simply stunning.

This book is filled with bright and bold designs and inspirations. whether you chose to use the designs primarily and purely for stone/pebble decorating would be like trying to prevent a flower from blooming. Each design and colourful display is pleading to be used and experimented on other materials for anything from small portable trinkets to full blown pieces of decorative additions. Highly recommend, if for no other reason than to just look over the images and become submerged in the colours.

Super beau livre. Pages glacées, très bon gabarit pour une lecture facile et plaisante, 119 pages de modèles (52 Mandala). Le choix des couleurs proposées m'enchante. Ce sont vraiment de belles oeuvres. Je le feuillette souvent puisqu'il m'inspire.
