This is the best budget phone I have bought, has all the features of far more expensive phones with a really decent camera, no hesitating recommending this product

Fantastic phone for the price but after 10 months it wouldn't connect to cellular network. Don't know if this is a seller problem or a manufacturer one but honor sent me back to the seller. Contacted amazon who said they'd contact them. Heard nothing after a week so amazon refunded me in full which was massively appreciated although I was enjoying using the phone as my primary device. Still works as a wifi device though but if Amazon hadn't resolved the issue as they did, and im pretty sure they didn't have to, I would have had to find the money for a brand new device. I think the lesson is not to trust Honor as much as being careful about private sellers
