I purchased this for a 20-something who was having severe allergies. He said this really helped!

If I take just 2 pills on a mild allergy day, I notice a relief quickly. On a bad allergy day I don't notice much help. I take Zyrtec on a bad day. And on a super bad day I take Zyrtec and Histo-Plex. I just ordered a 2nd bottle as this is a great alternative to taking Zyrtec on mild days. Since the dose is 2 pills 2 times a day, it is a $2 a day to take these pills. Seems very expensive to me for only working on mild allergies. I don't think I will order a 3rd bottle.

I have a 3 year old terrier mix with terrible food and seasonal allergies (grass, dried leaves, pollen, etc.) The other natural supplements with quercetin and bromelain didn't help at all and I don't like having my dog on Cytopoint year round and Apoquel doesn't seem to help (and he eats around the pill). I empty a capsule of this into my dog's wet food to help with his allergies. It's not enough during peak allergy season, but it has reduced the redness and eye-seepage that he experiences after walks in the woods/around grass. He is still itchy but it has definitely taken the edge off his allergies.

Dr Mercola recommended this in an article by his partner, Dr Becker. Started using it bc both of my kitties started sneezing around the heavy allergy season. Guess what, it worked! Also safe for humans, so I've been using it too as needed!

This product, though expensive, really works on my pollen and hayfever allergies! Especially when combined with Histoplex.

Excellent natural alternative to the harmful chemicals that occupy the shelves these days. No more steroids for me!
