I bought this product to replace a very heavy and unwieldy steel framed mattress support. The steel framed slats were a replacement for the original plank mattress supports and my fingers were in danger each time I moved the bed. This product is sturdy, comfortable and fitted perfectly on a standard double bed frame. It has proved comfortable and fit for purpose so far although I would have to caveat that by saying that we are well beyond the honeymoon stage and so may not be testing it to the limit. The slats arrived well before the estimated delivery date

Love these. 1mm difference in thickness to my original slats. But hopefully that won't make difference. It's not like I'm a princess sleeping on top of the pea , haha. My bed must have a slight warp on the frame, because they wouldn't fit at the bottom half of the bed, or right at the top part, so as you can see in the picture they're the paler (light pine) towards the top of the frame. Having the extra slats on has made the whole bed more sturdier. And if any of the original slats crack or need replacing, I'd buy these They've arrived about a week early according to what amazon have given as delivery instructions which is a total bonus. I'm not complaining on that at all. Thanks for that.

The slats are a bit too far apart, otherwise it’s ok

Dangerous product as was defective and misleading as not as shown on Amazon. Nor as described, having fewer slats than photos on Amazon so wide apart and not a flat surface, regardless how firm your mattress. The slats were cracked. Absolutely shocking quality. The seller has asked me to return the product paying own postage or pay them to collect for £17, which is nearly half the cost of the product before they are willing to refund me. Am disgusted that Amazon permits these types of unprofessional sellers, peddling dangerous products. I bought this for my 74 yr old father. I would not let anyone sleep on this! Avoid avoid. Would give no stars if that was possible.

Arrived early. Exactly what I wanted - extra slats for bedframe to narrow gaps to support new mattress. After reading previous reviews I was worried they would need to be cut down but they fitted into my frame exactly. Well-finished and securely packed (though a little cushioning against possible damage in transit might be a good idea).
