I have been using this after I get out of the shower and first thing in the morning for a few weeks and can notice a bisible difference. My face looks smoother and has a more even tone. My arms, legs and body are losing the creeping that comes with weight loss and my skin looks more toned. I use this before I use the High Molecular. I put ot over entire body after I shower and then as part of my morning routine for my face, hands, neck and chest. And I cant even tell you how much you getin the packet.
