Fast functional pc that should work for years!
Great for grandma! Very fast. Windows 11 loaded. Big screen. Worked right out of the box. Only thing to know is the if you have an old printer, Windows 11 may not be compatible (which may be Canons fault, but still not cool). I just bought a new wifi printer and all works great.

Worth its price
Sturdy laptop. Running very well so far with battery holding about 4-5 hours of charge.

Unreliable HDMI port and poor tech support
The only problem in the beginning was a flimsy keyboard. It actually goes up and down when you type. Two weeks later HDMI port died. Dell tech support is worthless. After asking a lot of questions the guy upgraded firmware, video driver, and reinstalled Windows, despite the fact that it was obviously a hardware failure. On the next day another guy started asking all the same questions and recommended reinstalling Windows. And so on. Another thing to note is that six years ago I got a really expensive business Dell laptop. Three months later HDMI port died, so the only way to connect an external monitor was via thunderbolt port. Two years later keyboard died, but I mostly used external keyboard and mouse anyway. So, if you are planning to use HDMI port, don't buy a Dell laptop.

Like my old Dell Vostro but refined looking & smaller. Still big enuf I'm comfortable with it. I'm Not a computer person so having another Dell was the only choice for me.

Feels cheap and 8gb of ram not enough for this machine.lags so much sent back after 2 hours of use.
