16 TB External SSD was deceptive
Sadly, the description of the product was deceptive. As delivered, the external enclosure contained two 4 TB drives, not a single 16 TB drive. And, worse, there was no hardware RAID to combine them -- so the advertized 16 TB promise was off by 75%.

Fast, Fast, Fast
Terrific SSD drive. Loads of space and easily RAID formatted. So far quite reliable. Use only a high quality, speed rated cable; it is fussy and important to performance. The speed improvement over my previous drive - a magnetic drive - is dramatic.
