First time trying this brand. Price was good and so far they seem to work just fine. Would recommend.

I recently purchased the Simba Lighting Halogen R7S 78mm T3 150W Dimmable bulbs and couldn't be more satisfied with their performance. These bulbs deliver an impressive 1600 lumens with a warm white 2700K glow, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere in any setting. Their 360° beam angle ensures even and comprehensive illumination, making them perfect for my work, security, and landscape lights, as well as my floor lamps. The dimmable feature is a fantastic addition, allowing me to adjust the brightness to suit various needs and moods. The five-pack is excellent value for money, ensuring I have plenty of spares on hand. Overall, these bulbs have exceeded my expectations in both quality and functionality.

They perform to spec when they work. However, of the two boxes I've purchased - about 1 year apart - 1 bulb in the first box was DOA w/o obvious cause, and the 1st bulb from the second box failed almost immediately with a filament break.

It fit just right.

Halogen bulbs were for a tree-style floor lamp. The Simba 78mm T3 J-Type halogen bulbs were very poor in quality, with some bulb filaments tearing within three days of being installed, and other bulbs simply exploding within weeks of first use. After pouring probably more than $100-worth of these bulbs into this lamp over the last three years, I have had enough and have decided to ditch the floor lamp altogether. I was able to purchase a new floor lamp for $50 that houses regular E26 LED bulbs that should have a multi-year life span (set it and forget it). I regret not making this decision sooner and saving the money I wasted on these bulbs.

It's a 1/4 of the price on Amazon than it is instore. $7.00 for 1 light at Cdn Tire and Hme Depot and 10 minutes to find someone that can help you. For small items like this, Amazon is absolutely perfect. Such a time saver.
