I never go wrong with this purchase as this is my go to when remodeling or upgrading!! The size is perfect, spray is fantastic, good value and quality; excellent water flow; and my contractor love installing this brand because of the ease of installation and assembly!!!

This is the second purchase for this item we liked the first one so much. Beautifully made, works flawlessly, and very elegant. Our second unit had a problem, but the customer service team fixed it immediately. Kraus clearly stands behind its products.

This faucet was ordered as a replacement and after reading the reviews decided this would be adequate, without spending $$$$ on “name brands”. The faucet arrived and it was completely installed within 35 minutes. I had ONE minor glitch (the hot water line tends to get bent) which was an easy fix with customer service. The faucet is solid and looks nice. It works well and does everything is should. An east installation .

I’ve had this faucet in my sink for about a year now. Easy to install and has held up well. It’s nice and tall with good clearance. Easy to clean too. The only issue is the hose gets stuck sometimes, nothing under the sink it’s catching on though. Just have to pull down a little harder.

I actually liked the product, out of the box, but there was a big problem that made it inoperable for us:The faucet's water supply lines weren't long enough to reach the valves underneath the sink. I just went through the product listing and two manufacturer PDFs attached to the listing and couldn't find any mention of the supply line length on this product.So that's one thing that the brand can improve about this listing - add those details. Tbh I didn't realize that was a potential issue when purchasing. Our countertop is standard height, and our supply lines are a few inches off the drop floor in the cabinets. I bet we're not the only ones who have experienced this problem.I thought about replacing the PEX to bring the valves higher up in the cabinet, but ultimately that seemed like too much trouble and to much $ on tools and parts that I don't have.I'd suggest the brand adds ~30% length to the supply lines, and that would probably solve this problem for the vast majority of people experiencing it.

Would but it again. Looks great and a nice upgrade from my original lever style spout.
