We keep the figurine nearby the kids reading area/table and my nephew’s and nieces love reading books together with Mickey and Minnie. What a joy to play and read all in one. This is really nice, substantial piece for a Disney lover--especially to celebrate an anniversary. Minnie and Mickey are looking through a scrapbook (which shows vintage drawings of them) while sitting on a bench. I usually prefer the more vintage style Mickey and Minnie figures (Jim Shore has one of them kissing that I LOVE) but this is such a sweet sentiment--it makes me remember the past, cherish the present and look forward to the future with my husband.
