Went to a party and had these noodles, and was inspired to buy some and try my hand at using them in a stir fry. My husband and I both loved their taste and texture.

Pure buckwheat, no fillers, no gluten , because buckwheat is naturally gluten-free. I boil water in the microwave, add the noodles, then heat for 5 more minutes. Rinse, add flavoring, enjoy!

Tastes about like regular pasta.

My go to staple when I want to have some pasta with some pesto that doesn’t contain wheat. It won’t cause inflammation. I also like the fact that it’s nutritious and that it’s a seed not a grain.
