This machine functions exactly how it is mentioned in advertisements. My whole family enjoys making different blushes and I can make my own frappe! I highly recommend this machine and only this brand.

Defective refurbished unit – broken safety lock and paddle
I purchased this Ninja refurbished unit and unfortunately it arrived in unacceptable condition. The pitcher’s safety sensor lock was broken and poorly glued together, making the machine impossible to operate (all lights flash and the system won’t start). On top of that, the mixing paddle came cracked and damaged. These issues are not minor cosmetic flaws – they are critical parts for the machine to function safely. A refurbished product should be inspected and tested before shipping, but this one clearly wasn’t. Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this refurbished version.
