Q: How awkward is it to get your money out of the pocket when you're buying something? Sticking my hand down my skirt in a Starbucks sounds weird, no?

Yeah, that would be weird. I used the shorts for keeping some of my money in different spots as I traveled. So I had one stash in my wallet and one stash in my undie pocket. I would use the money in my purse/hand bag first and if I needed more money I would go to the bathroom and transfer money out of my undie pocket into my purse.

Q: Do you have a sizing chart available (i.e., what hip measurement is what size)? Also, reviewers mentioned 2 different materials & all I see is cotton?

I don't have an exact hip measurement. I can tell you these run very small. I am 5 ft 4 135 lb and wear a size 4 pant. I had to return the small in these travel undies and get a large for them not to squeeze and give me a muffin top. I don't know if there is more than one material but the pink and black material was stiffer than the gray.
