Effectiveness, see hair growth after 3 weeks, not greasy, only draw back it is over priced

Non greasy and does not leave a residue or film in hair. Not sure if worth the cost, but I do see more hair growth. Also the dropper only fills half way and you can't see clearly how much is left. I was not able to get the remainder of the serum because the dropper would not collect it, I had to pour remainder in a small cup and collect.
