Very comfortable, works a treat. The only criticism is the location of the power switch but otherwise no complaints.

The over-ear plastic hook is not comfortable for me after a few minutes but using the in-ear rubber ear pad is very comfortable. Battery life is good, sound quality is up to Jabra standards, great for keeping hamds-free on long calls

It was recommended by several colleagues who had no problem si I think it's probably operator error or the shape of my ears! Does come with alternative clips. Obviously if I were just using this standing or sitting it would be perfect!Wishlist: A little carrying bag or box to store it all in.Would I buy it again or recommend? Yes.

Great little headset, fits well, feels comfortable, and everyone I've asked has confirmed they can hear me clearly, and I can also hear them without any issues.As others have said it's very easy to press buttons when putting it on so I tend to put it on and then answer calls (from my laptop on Teams).

I have had Jabra and Plantronics kit before. Liked them both. My last earpiece was a Plantronics. Very clever design, and comfortable. The rubber in-ear part was comfortable for a long day's wear. The over the ear hook worked really well. The battery life was good. The spoken updates ('Battery low', 'Connected', etc) were really clear and helpful.The Jabra? Not so much...Battery life seems much lower. Some things spoken, some are just several beeps, and I'm meant to work out what they mean. (For example, if I walk out of range I think I get some beeps to remind me.)The wee rubber curly thing and the in-ear bit are uncomfortable after a short time, and the wee curly bit doesn't hold it in my ear against a swift turn of the head, or a jump down a step.Almost; but not quite. I didn't buy the Plantronics as a direct replacement because I couldn't find it anywhere. It's always the way with marketing departments: can't leave stuff alone.

This is the second I have bought of this model, and the sound interference on this second one was even worse than the first one, so I had to return it. A friend told me that it sounded as if it was someone trying to talk to you under water. It is because of the extremely poor sound quality that I would not recommend anybody buying this item.

It's easy to fit, stays in place and it's comfortable. I can hear very clearly so I'm sure I will be using it a lot. Great price too!
