Absolutely fantastic purchase. The resistance band is durable and great for home exercise or even to aid in the gym. There are countless exercises you can use with these and they are great for stretching too. This particular resistance band is strong enough to help me do pull ups.

I have been using this for assisted pull ups. I weigh 100kg and this has enabled me to do a few pull ups by putting my knee through the loop and supporting some of my weight. I am going to use it to build up to full pull ups this year. I would recommend it, the band is very strong (Green) and the price is reasonable.

Top quality. Have all the colours now. You can possibly hang an elephant from the green one. That’s what the English did when the first occupied India. Not with resistance bands though.

This turned up on time and is roughly as expected. But be warned that it is not the standard size for a resistance band- it's somewhat smaller.

It has had limited use so far, but strong and does the job.

I'm 215lbs (for the sake of keeping the same unit of measure) and this has enough resistance to help me complete the move, while mostly under my own steam, so will continue to be useful as I improve technique and increase reps. Very happy with it.

Anche se non è super-economica, le sue dimensioni la rendono molto versatile ed è possibile calibrare la difficoltà in base alle proprie esigenze. Per chi come me si muove in modo irregolare ma non è del tutto fuori forma, è assolutamente adatta per vari tipi di esercizio fisico. Molto comoda

Llegó antes de tiempo. Se ve de buena calidad. La resistencia para mi es buena para ejercicios de piernas, para ejercicios de brazos utilizaría otra más suave pero claro yo tampoco tengo mucha fuerza. Contenta con la compra

Je viens de recevoir le produit , il a l'air solide et conforme a la description. Après un essai simple il a une très bonne résistance, je pense avoir fait le bon choix de force. Si vous commencez ce type d'effort physique avec élastique commencez par la résistance inferieure celle-ci pourait vous surprendre.Produit reçu dans les délais et vendeur sérieux a conseiller.
