I really wanted to love this carbon steel frying pan — the branding and presentation were what convinced me to pick it up in the first place. Unfortunately, the actual performance didn’t live up to the slick marketing. After only a few uses, I noticed the pan starting to warp at medium-high heat, which is honestly surprising for carbon steel. I wasn’t cranking the stove to anything extreme — just normal cooking temperatures for searing chicken and sautéing vegetables. Once it warped, the pan no longer sat flat on the stovetop, which meant uneven heat distribution and unpredictable cooking results. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt, but the problem persisted. This was a real letdown. Bottom line: Don’t get swept up in the company’s advertising the way I did. There are better carbon steel pans out there that hold up under normal cooking conditions. I’d recommend exploring alternatives if you’re looking for something truly reliable.

Ich habe die Pfanne auf einer Induktionsplatte erwärmt, nach kurzer Zeit hat sich der Boden geworfen und ist jetzt verbeult. Das kann es wirklich nicht sein. Wurde zurückgeschickt.

Hält weder was sie verspricht noch das man sie vernünftig benutzen kann da sie sich schon bei mittlerer Herd Einstellung nach aussen beult, als gelernter Koch mit über 40 Jahren Berufserfahrung kann ich nur sagen Finger weg taugt nix
