For the price it is a very nice and lovely chair. I was worried a bit because one of the boxes was a little ripped and open, more so most likely due to travel for delivery. But the chair was perfectly fine and came it two boxes all at the same time though I was told there could be a delay, which there was only by one day. But getting both was great. So please know it comes in two separate boxes. But it makes it easier to get into the house. Though you might need help with the bigger box. Still vibrations work great as does the heat. It was super simple to put together, no tools needed at all. Everything just clips into place. Just make sure you push everything all the way in, so nothing is wobbling. You will know once fully in as it is stiff and sturdy. My pregnant wife who I got this for with our budget for it was on sale, loves it and says it is extremely comfortable. As does our 5 year old daughter. So I highly recommend this chair for the price. It is spacious and has wonderful swivel, and fully comfortable.

Wonderful recliner! My great-grandson broke his neck playing football 🏈, BUT THANK GOD HE WAS NOT PARALYZED!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 He is still in a neck brace and can only sleep on his back. The bed was too uncomfortable because he could not use a pillow. So, the recliner was a GOD SEND! He can adjust the recliner to sitting position during the day, and recline the chair for sleeping. He can even use the Massage feature for added comfort. I placed it in his bedroom and now, I decided to purchase another recliner for the living room because it’s beautiful and looks more expensive!

We love our chair. Very comfortable. Excellent color that matches our sofa. Was delivered in 2 parts but very easy to assemble. Perfect size chair. Very sturdy. Love the fact that it's a rocker/swivel recliner. Also love that the lever release is in the inward part of chair and not outward due to the little grandchildren who are very curious. Didn't realize until after assembly that chair is vibrating/heating massage chair which is a great "plus" for my achy back. Awesome price for what you get. The only thing I had a problem with was in the beginning chair felt "stiff" when you recline it but with more use it doesn't remain that way. Overall...LOVE this chair😍

Very nice chair. I love the design, comfort and features for the price paid. Width is very adequate, cup holders are large and deep to hold most any beverage container.

Really easy to put together,came really fast,faster than it said. Comfortable, good price,nice size doesn't take up too much space. Exactly what I wanted. Heat doesn't heat that warm so be aware of that and the phone port didn't work but Amazon took care of me lovely. Totally satisfied

I’ve had this chair for less than a full month. Comfortable chair. Not the best fabric, but not really bad considering the price. Looks nice in my bedroom. Rocks and swivels nicely. Reclines nicely. Heats up nicely. Pretty easy to assemble- with a bit of elbow grease. However, the massage function is horrible. It makes way too much noise- it is quite annoying when the massage function is on, as though the electronic components are on their last leg. Too much rattling and shaking and doesn’t feel like a massage at all. Just noisy. Shaking and rattling noises is not comforting or relaxing. If I purchased this as a rocking, swiveling recliner chair (minus the massage function) I’d definitely give it a higher rating.

Good instructions and easy to assemble. The back and arm assemblies were easy to attach and the resulting assembly has a very good fit. It is very comfortable and easy to change positions on reclining. The massage and heat features work very well.

This is a decent chair at a very good price. The construction is pretty sturdy and the faux leather material feels thick and durable. Padding is pretty good on the arms and seat but could use some more support in the lumbar area. Also could use more padding on the footrest but it's still pretty comfortable while reclining. One thing I don't like is when fully reclined there is a large gap between the back and the seat. The side and front pockets are convenient for storing the controller and TV remote and the cupholders are a nice bonus. I opted for the USB upgrade and I like that I can charge my phone or other small devices without having to plug into a wall outlet. Massage function and heat are okay but nothing special. I received the item almost a full week ahead of the estimated delivery date so that was a nice surprise. Overall a good value and a nice upgrade from my previous recliner.
