Gold Plated Magnet with Dimple On North Face - 12mm dia x 2mm thick - Pack of 10

Some years ago I researched the possible and perhaps positive effects of health therapy magnets for healing certain conditions of the body. Around that time, I purchased some of these types of magnets, which were quite small, of a low Gauss strength and embedded in a wearable plaster tape. The health magnets which I am reviewing here, are of a very much stronger rating, 2000 Gauss per magnet. The product, ( See my four images ), consists of ten magnets, two groups of five, each separated by a small round plastic polo style ring. There are two silver, "Keeper," pieces at opposite ends that sit over the two groups of magnets. The product is contained in a polythene sealable bag, along with an instruction leaflet, inside a sturdy plastic container. Each of the magnets are gold in colour and have a small center indentation, indicating the north pole. The north pole is the side of the magnet which is placed on the area of the body. That is, the side with the center indentation, which is to be placed next to the skin. These neodymium magnets are very, very strong for their size. Holding them firmly and sliding them off from the main group is the best method of removal. It is best to use surgical tape to hold a magnet in place. These magnets should be kept well away from electronic equipment and all forms of magnetic storage, ie, SD cards / Flash drives, etc, to avoid erasing any data on them. These magnets are supplied by British company, "First4magnets" and they are experts in their field, producing a very wide range of magnetic products. I support UK companies. I purchased the smaller magnets before the larger 12mm types, I suffer with terrible Lumber Spine pain, Arthritis in my spine & joints, so when it becomes colder man do I suffer!This year has been worse than any before, I use Ultrasound, IF & TENS pain device's, Also Alpha Stim M, which cost a fortune, but helps.Plus pain killers right up to Morphine and the very strongest.Out of shear desperation I reachered Magnet therapy, I've used Bioflow for years, and yes it helps, but never hits the mark needed.Long story short I've found using four magnets held with surgical tape, with magnets from the bottom of my Spine, with a two inch gap between them running over the top of my spine, plus magnets tapped on the muscle areas either side of my spine has helped beyond words.It takes a good 48 hours for the strong field to take effect, but let me say, for the first time in years I'm getting relief from agnoy in my back, not waking up and gritting my teeth in agnoy getting out of bed, this has now been my 7th day where the pain is manageable and for me this is unheard of.I've added more magnets to increase the strong field, as hell knows what's going on, but not being in agnoy is a gift from the Gods.I think its helping blood flow, lowering inflamed muscles, & possibly blocking pain signals, I don't know, and to be honest I don't care, I'm now not wanting to put bullet in my skull for the first time in years!!!!!Same with my knees, the left being worse after a car accident years ago.Simply I place a line of five from the lower knee to the top and over with tape, then place magnets at 12, 6, 3 & 9 Oclock positions, and a few further around the muscle muscles around the knees, or after a nights sleep if an area is hurting more than others, o place a magnet disk over that area, and job done, the following morning that area is purged of pain!8 weeks ago I could bearly stand straight for my knees hurting so much, now again after a few days the pain has just started to ease off, to a point where I have no pain in my knees, neither the left one, that has had me fall down, on a few occasions.And the only thing I've changed are these health magnets!!!Their been a real life saver for me, and my wife, as we have them placed on our matteris with the over sheet hiding them, stuck with tape of course.And since then she's slept better than in years, as have I.Medical science is a wonderful thing, but it isn't the answer to it all, we as humans have electric path ways that connect every movement we do each day, I can't say for others, but my pain is as bad as it gets, and I can't incurrage you enough to do as I and simply wait, for me my quality of life has improved tenfold, just as my mental health, as one effects the other, and if this review has helped just one person, I would feel well rewarded.As I know the hell on Earth they take you out of.Please please please give them a go & good chance, I've actually cried with the relief, chronic, acute pain ruling each day.I will always have bad days where nothing helps, but as of now, I can get rest points from acute pain of over 25 years.Thank you Magnet Experts, you've changed my life from one of hell on a daily basis, to one I can cope with without the use of C.D Pain Medication.

After reading one of the reviews I purchased a book and read so much about the magnets using on human body ie amount of timing and effects of the different poles. I stopped using these magnets until I have sufficient understanding how these should be used, as I am afraid that I may do more damage than good to my body. With these magnets only information has been supplied that which one is North Pole nothing else!

These little magnets are so powerful and work great. I use them every other day and will now start working with my healing practice. I'm happy with this product

Great performance. Good lasting pain relief fairly quickly. Small in size making them easy to conceal under clothing.

I've used magnets for years (including the ladycare magnet for menopausal symptoms for 4 years)I stopped using them about 18 months ago as I lost the last few I had and couldn't find the website again, then you know how it is, you just forget. I didn't have any pain so didn't bother replacing them.This year I had a back injury then I started exercising in vr and my knees where hurting a lot from rowing everyday, I was wearing knee braces. Then my forearm started hurting so I had to stop rowing for a month. Really fed up, I spotted the magnets on here and bought them right away. They came yesterday and I had a great night's sleep last night, no backache or any other ache. They work brilliantly for me. I did find though that they don't work as well if you drink alcohol or smoke, I have no idea why, I don't generally drink and I've never smoked but I did notice they stopped working when I was away for a weekend and went on a bit of a mad bender, as you do! My friend didn't have any joy with them until she stopped smoking, it's very strange.My doctor told me it's just a placebo effect, but surely painkillers prescribed should work on that premise? As you want them to work. So they should, if it's all about the placebo effect. I come from a scientific environment and I don't really know, fully, how they work.

These are strong magnets and do work well in relieving pain. They are much stronger than the magnets in my bracelets.Arrived quickly.Only issue is with keeping them apart and one has already chipped gold plating. Otherwise good price and would recommend.
