I keep a box of Pepcid AC on hand at all times. Whether it’s spicy food, coffee, or a late-night snack that triggers heartburn, Pepcid usually works within 15–30 minutes. I’ve also used it preventively by taking it right before meals that I know might cause issues. Advice: Don’t confuse with extra strength — this is the 10mg version, good for mild to moderate issues. If symptoms are severe, consult your doctor before prolonged use. (Side note: this helps with my Asian glow when drinking alcohol)
