Exceptional quality and value!!
The media could not be loaded. We have the 4K, 4 camera system and it is AMAZING! The 4 cameras are placed in strategic areas around our home. We love the solar option as we were able to use it on 2 of the 4 cameras. The other 2 hold their charge for a very long time and are so easy to take down and recharge quickly. There is NO SUBSCRIPTION fees! This system stores your data for 2 weeks! They have thought of everything to make it an easy set up, affordable, high quality 4K color video and home storage. The customer service is the best I have ever had with a product on Amazon! They are smart, ready to help and don’t stop supporting you until you have been able to resolve your issue. This is a great holiday gift!! It functions as well or better than other more costly systems. This company thought of everything! They look great and function great. An excellent quality camera system with out a subscription fee
The media could not be loaded. We purchased this security camera system and absolutely love it. It’s been up and running for about ten days without a single problem.Firstly, the packaging was quite secure. Nothing could move or jostle on shipping. We unpackaged the four cameras and base. I loaded the app on my phone and quickly linked them to our Internet. The cameras were recording and tracking our movements inside the house before we could even get them mounted outside the home. It was so cool to see! The picture resolution is very clear. The installation was very straightforward. We were able to have the system up and running, recording movement in one afternoon. We have four cameras on the four corners of our house and this provides us with complete camera coverage around the perimeter of the home. The cameras are activated by motion detection and follow that movement until it becomes out of range at which point the next camera picks up the image. We have our set to “human detection” so it doesn’t track squirrels, dogs or other small animals. The night vision is remarkable. The screen looks dark but the electronic eye quickly adjust to the light setting and give a clear and accurate picture. We had a few questions regarding settings and got prompt responses to our questions and the questions were resolved via a chat line. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this product. It may seem a bit pricey to some but it’s well worth it. You get what you paid for with this product. I will try to get photos posted in reviews as well. This review was in no way solicited or compensated in any way.

Good for most applications, not so much on our farm.
While very good quality and features, where I live, in the country, the constant changing background from wind caused stuttering. The support team "Katherine" was great and tried uploading solutions to fix the problem but time ran out and I had to return the system. I really liked the app and the stitched together panorama strip below the image for fast camera direction and movement. The night vision was also very good. While only a few other battery cameras offer fulltime live download, this one does not and again it is needed for our farm to observe predators and their habits. I would totally recommend for a more urban environment where brush and wild grasses are not blowing and causing stuttering. The tracking was also very good and the camera-to-camera tracking worked very well.

Very Pleased
The media could not be loaded. Rather than boring you with superficial videos opening packing, I’ll get right to what’s important; necessity, the installation, and how the system has functioned in that context. All attachments are from the purchased system.Necessity. The main reason we wanted a security camera system was to help deal with the irresponsible and even criminal acts of our neighbors. We live in what’s supposed to be a nice and safe gated community, but have had more problems here than anywhere else we’ve lived. And we’ve been around. Unfortunately here, the neighbors’ dogs use our front yard as a toilet (attachment 1) whereas they could use the common area grass right across the street, service people drag hoses onto our property to pressure wash our neighbor’s driveway, they’ve torn down a section of our fence, destroyed our grass on one side draining run-off after renovating their swimming pool, vandalized our minivan bashing it with a rock, and most recently their loose dogs threatened my wife’s safety which I can say didn’t end well for them. As often is the case, lazy police generally do little to nothing and sometimes even treat the victim as the aggressor which pretty much leaves civil litigation as one of the primary remaining remedies. And, that requires evidence.Installation. So, I bought the 4-camera system and to give context I’ll describe the installation. Although the product is weather-resistant, I installed all four cameras under eaves to further protect them from rain, hail, etc. Two cameras are on the front of our house; Camera 1 is near the front door and the other Camera 2 is on the front-right corner near the mouth of the driveway. Two cameras are on the back; Camera 3 is on the garage looking down the driveway, at the rear door, and the breezeway leading to it in case some criminal climbs onto the breezeway roof in an attempt to break into 2nd story windows. Camera 4 is on the other side of the garage monitoring the entire back wall of the house and backyard fence where the neighbor on that side had previously climbed barking obscenities.Functionality: So, I searched quite a bit to find the best camera system available. Sections below describe the features / functions used in my search criteria and how this system has performed with respect to each:• Event-Handling. It was a basic requirement for me that the system auto-detect motion, record events, notify about events, and that my access to those recordings be included in the service. This system does all of that.• Filtering. As-indicated, we’ve had problems with neighbors’ pets so being able to filter videos by pet events is very useful for us. Footage (attachment 2) shows neighbors noticing the cameras; watching the camera turn to track their motion and conveying the knowledge that they'll be held responsible for their actions. And, we’re overjoyed that since installing the cameras, pet owners have cleaned up after their pets.• Intercom. So far, this has been mostly used for entertainment with me talking to the family while I’m at work and they’re returning from shopping or whatever, but it’s definitely appreciated and will be used at a later date to authorize entry through a gate.• Live Recording. While the system does not do continuous monitoring (and I didn’t want that), it does do live recording meaning that you can click the record button and record an event manually while you’re watching through one of the cameras. I’ve used this several times. And in that case, there’s no 20 or 60 sec. time limit.• Night Vision. Has two options; full color, and infrared. We’re using both. Cameras 1, 2, & 4 use infrared. Camera 1 & 2 because we don’t want a spot light freaking out people as they walk down the sidewalk at night. And Camera 4 because it actually works better than the spotlight in our backyard which gets pretty dark. Camera 3 looks toward a street light at the end of the driveway. Since its field of view is already partially lit at night, the spot light used for full color works better in that application and it’s also appropriate to warn folks making unauthorized entry to our driveway that they’re being monitored.• Motion Detection. Options include detecting humans, pets, and vehicles. Being able to select which events are captured is useful for us because for Cameras 1 & 2 on the front of our house, we’re not interested in capturing each time a car drives down the road. But, we are interested in capturing human and pet related events. However, for the two cameras monitoring the more private rear area of the house, we want to see everything. The attached video is from Camera 2 featuring motion tracking and capturing a pair of loose dogs in our yard. I believe one is a dangerous-breed pit bull (attachment 3). Attachment 4 shows yet another loose dog captured by Camera 1. This is one of the two who were barking at my wife in her own yard while she was trying to do the lawn work; owned by the neighbor whose kid vandalized our minivan.• Resolution. In various work roles, our facilities have had camera systems but the resolution was always too poor to really to anything with the footage. So, I knew we needed maximum resolution. With this system, I can 8x zoom in and see the number on my neighbor’s mailbox two houses down. I shared this while visiting my brother recently. He was impressed by the video clarity to the point that he’s going to upgrade his inferior, low-resolution, and non-tracking, stationary system.• Solar Power. Running power to each of the cameras would take some effort. Being solar-powered definitely makes the system more flexible and useful. I installed 3 of 4 panels in an optimal south-facing orientation at a 25 deg angle. These easily get enough power to handle all events detected plus my frequent and sometimes extended manual monitoring. In-fact, they rarely drop below 95% battery charge. However, Camera 1’s panel was temporarily installed in a very non-optimal location. But I was surprised to find that even there, the camera receives enough power for typical event-detection.• Storage. Memory hasn’t been an issue. I upgraded by card to max. possible but just because I wanted to. There’s also an option to download captured event videos to your cell phone. I use that often.• Tracking. The camera’s tracking works pretty good keeping the events in-frame and moving with tracked objects. Pan & tilt massively expands the effective field of view.Gravy. The following were not part of my search criteria but turned out to be surprise / delight factors:• Customer Service. Otherwise, I have to say that my experience with customer service has been outstanding.• Family Management. Other people can be added to the account and therefore help monitor the facility and take action when needed. I’ve added my wife and kids who let me know if any events require fatherly intervention.• Security. Three options are available; home, away, and disarm. Home and away can be configured to record video, push notifications, generate an audio alert, generate a light alert. I believe the audio alert is a 120 db siren, and the light alert is the spotlight flashing. These were not part of my original considerations because my focus was on an external application. I think these features would be more useful for an internal installation and are appreciated as we may use them in the future. We wouldn’t want a 120 db siren going off every time a wasp flies too close to the camera and sets it off. But in our house at night when we’re certain nobody should be coming through the front door or walking up the stairs, this would be an essential safety feature.Recommendations. I’ve recommended the following additional opportunities for improvement to the OEM:• Batteries. Make them replaceable on future revisions. This is important. Batteries die after 3-1/2 years as many Tesla owners are learning. At that time, the very cool feature of solar power will be nullified. The OEM could of course sell the replacement batteries.• Motion. Enable cameras to move in both degrees of freedom (pan and tilt) at the same time. This will massively improve tracking responsiveness.• Premium Services. I’m not seeing it on the interface anymore but some functionality had previously been indicated as reserved for paid, “premium” accounts. An example was on the power mode screen which had an option to capture 120 second events vs. 20 or 60 seconds. My recommendation is that all functionality be non-premium / included. Quite a bit of functionality is already extended. All of it should be. I think this would be a differentiator that would be good for the customer increasing customer satisfaction, word-of-mouth marketing, and therefore driving maximum revenue to the OEM.• Wake-Up. Cameras seem to wake-up and begin tracking earlier when objects move across or away from the field of view than when approaching or walking toward the camera. If this could be improved, that would be helpful.Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope it helped.
