Customer service was very responsive.
Seems like it was well made. Easy to assemble. Plenty fast. Has 150 miles on it already. Didn’t come as expected with the second battery that it was supposed to have but customer service was very responsive.

Cool Bike - hard seat
Cool bike, my daughter loves it. Its a hard tail so seat is a bit hard but other than that its a fun bike. MacFox doesn't have a lot of accessories and its a bit hard to fine aftermarket parts for this.
