Item as described, mint condition, works great came with charger block and fast shipping only issue I had is with shipping carrier. FEDEX stinks showed arrival as Monday, was delivered 1/21 10:45 am yet their system showed package was in Louisville, Tn at this time later in the evening I checked again showed delivered. No package by my door from FedEx had to go to their website to find picture where the left it. Was found at entrance to my complex on top of mailboxes where anyone could have of taken it…

Looks beautiful. Well worth what I paid for it since it is cellular. So easy to set up with or without a phone. I have a case on it only because I have a 1 year old. The battery life is great. I use it every day to do my coloring and word searches and jigsaw puzzles. I had a stroke and the doctors stated it would help with my memory. It has been so durable against my 6 year old and 1 year old. No scratches.

Came in original box and all accessories. Looks brand new. First iPad to iPad transfer hung at the Apple Wallet point but not a hardware fault - copying from iCloud backup did the job. Only had it a week but runs just fine.

Works great

I received the iPad which looked great. It transferred my data and did the recommended update. Then during set up the iPad stuck in Setup Assistant on Apple Pay screen. I was not responsive to any onscreen buttons. I did a hard restart twice only to return to the same stuck screen. I then called Apple Nationwide Customer Service. After an hour it was suggested that since I didn’t have a Mac to help, I needed to take it to an Apple Store to have it scrubbed so I can return it. Nothing they suggested worked. To be safe I called the Support number given with the listing to see if they had ideas, and to be sure they would give a refund when I sent it back. They had no ideas for repair either. (Although if Apple Customer Service didn’t I wasn’t expecting anything). They also said I needed to drive it to an Apple Store to have it scrubbed then send it back. I made my case about a one hour trip each way to the Apple Store and the Representative was kind enough to offer the refund without sending it back. To this point, I’ve not received the refund, fingers crossed. I’ll never buy reconditioned anything anymore. This was 4 hours of my time. Thanks to the kind representative.

Cumplió el estándar esperado. Solo las desventajas del iPad a16 es que no es compatible con el Apple Pencil Pro. Y como el iPad viene en el Estados Unidos no te por default las Operador adoras móviles de México (Esto aplica sólo para las iPads con opción de eSIM)
