Can this be used on my granite countertops and stainless steel sink?

You can use it on stainless steel. You can use it on non-porous surfaces like glass, glazed/sealed tiles with sealed grout. I would not use it on granite that is not sealed or any surface that can absorb a liquid, like wood or unsealed tile or grout. Once you spray Virex on a surface, you have to let it sit for at least 5 minutes to allow it to disinfect.
