I’m 5ft 3 147lbs should i get small or medium? should i get petite ?( i wear a small in cherokee infinity and healing hands)

I think a regular small would work. Not sure about length tho. I’m 5ft 5 about 118 lbs and x small regular was good.

I’d say it’s not high waisted, but doesn’t sit low on your waist.
