Really nice addition to the kitchen

this is the only kettle that I fell in LOVE with, it's so beautiful, compact and has the handle on its side, with the water filler form the top! exactly what I've been looking for BUT IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH INDUCTION. although it states that, the kettle is sadly unsuitable for the new stove we've just installed and I could not return it.

I was hesitant to purchase this kettle at first. It looked just a little "different" and I was almost.......scared away by some of the reviews. I am SO happy, I took a chance!!!!!!!!! This kettle is awesome and makes brewing a cup of tea fun, precise and ............special. When I first opened the box, I thought I would probably not use the thermometer, but that would have been a very big mistake. The thermometer is the most fun part of making my tea. I always know that my tea is the perfect temp. I plan to purchase this kettle again at Christmas time for my tea-drinking friends. It is like nothing you have seen before (look terrific on top of my beautiful range) ,and works like a charm. Love it, love it, love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Money well $pent! PS - you can always tell how much water you have in it, so you are not wasting lots of time heating way more water than you need. At the same time, it holds enough to make 3-4 large cups.

Can not understand why people aren’t happy. Only cons for me: - Black paint scratches if on the bottom but who cares - would love to have a little bit more volume Otherwise I am a fan

This kettle does great on my Wolf induction cook top. I wondered if it would and am happy with the kettle's performance. I find I use less tea and get a stronger product with brewing in the kettle. Didn't expect that. I have learned to keep my thumb off the copper and on the black part of the handle where the handle attaches to the kettle. Right now I am using a large crochet hook to lift the brew basket from the kettle when the time is up. Wish they offered a lifting hook for this purpose. The kettle is a bit pricey, 4 stars, but looks great against the black of the induction cook top. All things considered, I would buy it again and can recommend the kettle. One more thing, this product got lost and was marked as being delivered to me. AMAZON worked with me and sent me another kettle, no charge. When the first turned up later marked as a "mis-delivery", I returned it to AMAZON. I got to enjoy the kettle and not worry about what happened with delivery snafus. THANKS AMAZON.

I loved the look and feel from the moment I opened the box. It is truly well crafted kettle. I was worried it would be too small at first - judging from the first look - but, the shape is designed in such a way that it is deceiving (in a good way) how much water it actually holds. It holds more than I expected and is perfectly enough for our family. (4 people, ...while I wish kids were drinking more tea, it's mostly me and my husband who use it ) We also appreciate the thermometer and its scale for different teas. It makes us more thoughtful abut tea preparation. And, there is something we had to get used to after switching from an electric kettle - it doesn't make a sound & doesn't turn off automatically once water is ready. But it's been over a month, and we I don't see it as an issue. Overall, love the design and function.
