D&D has given us a very helpful review here. I`d like to add a few tweaks that will benefit you as well. I make magnesium oil from these flakes by dissolving them in hot, purified water. D&D gives detailed instructions on how to make your own cost-effective magnesium oil in his/her review. I personally mix together 50% magnesium flakes and 50% purified water. Our skin absorbs the chemicals in the water we put on it and tap water is chock-full of chemicals you don`t want in your body (hormones, drugs, a countless variety of toxic chemicals below their approved levels etc.). The purification method I recommend for your tap water is the Zero Water filtering jar I`ve recently bought on amazon.com. It has the equivalent level of filtering as distillation and offers potentially hundreds of times more effective filtering than the Brita filters that only remove about 20% of the dissolved toxic content from tap water. In order to extend your filter life please read the most useful review by JLJ in the "10 cup Zero Water filter jar" review section on amazon.com. I`m not affiliated with them, I`m just extremely satisfied with the performance of my Zero Water filter system and am recommending it whole-heartedly. One more thing that might be helpful to you is how to capitalize on the fact that the magnesium oil made from these flakes is going to dry on your skin rather unpleasantly after about 20 minutes, leaving a white hard layer on it. You can have a spray bottle filled with purified water that you can use to dissolve that white layer of magnesium on your skin and help it absorb it further. You can potentially use smaller amounts of your oil/flakes using this method and get more uses out of them (especially useful when going on a long vacation to a place where they don`t deliver this product, for example).

These are amazing you actually feel the difference after a half hour soak !

Not the cheapest out there but its great for what it is. Enjoy using it an hour or two before bed for the feet to bathe in. Really helps with getting better sleep, improves blood circulation, and of course relieves the muscles. Re-purchasing when I've almost run out

Love Life-Flo products. The flakes work great for night time baths. They help to calm and you get the best nights sleep. Also works well for kids. The container last for quite a while also. Great product.
