more effective then expected
First off, I wasn't really expecting it to work as effectively as it did. I read some reviews and though it would be a much less good product. I guess some user don't really know how to use it. The quality feels good its feels sturdy enough to withstand some pressure. Easy settings, some talk about that when rolling around on it you accidentally push the button, well here is where I think that some are using it the wrong way (in MY opinion = not equals a cosmic truth). I don't use it as a regular massage ball, letting roll around my back hitting the sores spots and rolling over them, With this I fins the sore spots and then stay there the massage is supposed to come from the vibration- right? of cause you can roll a bit back and forth but its not like you do with a massage ball.It does what it promises at a reasonable price. Compared to massage guns with ridiculous pricing out there.Lots of these product (vibrating massagers) claim faster recovery and lots of benefits. I haven't found anything on pubmed or other science databases so I guess it lack the support for that. Still what it does for me is that it interrupts the possible tension phase in a pain cycle, might also be that the high intensity vibration affects the neurons in a way that overrides pain signaling and hence lets the fibers connected to that motor neuron relax. Don't know about blood flow guess that a educated guess as well (that you get a better flow in that area after massage).regardless of how it functions I am as I said positively supported of its great effect. the only downside is that some areas are a bit hard to reach. like for an example the pectorals minor. the radius is a bit to big and you have to find a way to stick it agains a wall and lean into it in a not so comfortable way.One ides is to make a small attachment for a latch so that you could hang it on a wall rubb angst it and not dropping it on the floor when you loose contact with it.Next product I will try is a Massage gun if I can find one at a non ridiculus price that does not sound like a power tool. Im also interested in the vibrating foam roller.not sure though if I should go for the larger or the smaller one. Well that what I havd to say basically.to sum it up: well worth the money, great feeling, easy to use. a recommended buy!(dissreagard any spelling issues Im not an english speaker and this is not English class)

Super versatile
As a health & fitness manager and also competitor, recovery is very important for me and my clients. I've always had tight calves and I've used regular foam rollers and massage balls before, which help a little . But wow! what I found here with the vibration, it really gives an extra level of muscle release . Its so much handier to carry as well, the size makes it more versatile for all sorts of muscles . Really happy to use this with clients and I've had some really positive feedback from guys with shoulder impingement issues. All round a great little piece of kit, that I'll be using regularly from now on.

Lasted only 3 months
I have used this product to help with my own health issues and as a tool in my therapy business. However it has stopped working after 3months and will no longer charge although it looks as though it’s charging. There is nowhere to report this! Also the label sticker fell off just before it stopped working

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE button placement....Would NOT recommend
Would have rated 5 Star if it wasn't for the fact that whenever you "roll" around on this ball you accidentally end up switching functions or turning it off entirely.I'm not talking on the odd occasion either, I'm talking EVERY, GOD, DAMN, 10-20 SECONDS without fail!I'm CONSTANTLY reaching to the ball to turn it back on to the setting I want. It's almost impossible to get any "meaningful" myofascial release when you have to keep getting off the ball to turn it back on again and then spending another 10 seconds finding the spot you were massaging before you ultimately turn the damn thing off again and have to start all over!I think even a 3 year old would have noticed this design flaw if they were designing it. God knows how this made it past the drawing board, let alone any research and development.Could be a good product if it wasn't for the button placement. But as the button placement is a complete and utter fundamental flaw and stops the product from being used correctly, it's not worth a penny.--SUGGESTION FOR DESIGNER--Ship it with a Plastic cover that you can slot over the button to prevent it from being turned off whilst being used - it could also be useful for travelling with it to stop it from accidentally being turned on as well.

A lifesaver!
I can't say enough good things about this product. I have been suffering from mouse shoulder for the past few years. Too much time gripping the mouse that caused pain up my arm and shoulder which then radiated to a muscle below my right shoulder blade. Even after a short session on the computer the muscle would contract and go into spasm and the pain was excruciating. I would go to a chiropractor every month at £40 a time and eventually was prescribed diazepam by my GP to relax the muscle. It was a never ending saga so I did two things: I purchased this ball at the same cost of one chiropractor session and purchased a rollerball mouse. I got rid of the pain first with this ball and now use a rollerball mouse. I cannot believe the difference. No pain at all after sessions on the computer. One very important fact you should note: the reviewers mentioning that it switches itself off whilst in use. It's now an improved version and you have to hold the button in before it switches off.
