Works great!
Great price on a "LaserJet" cartridge. Perfect fit and really nice, clear, clean printing from the very first page! I'm keeping count on the page yield - will report when it begins to run low on toner.As far as I can tell, and to my non-commercial user eye, there's no difference between this "off-brand" cartridge and those from the manufacturer of the printer in terms of print performance.

Misfeeds
I had previously used this brand before with good results. Unfortunately, this unit does not feed properly and the printed page is misalignedI tried contact the customer support number - first contact claimed I reach wrong number - I dialed exactly as in the seller info page. Since then, I have not been able to reach anyone and the last call I made I got a message saying Verizon is unable to complete the call.I bought this at the end of January but only recently installed it, so I am outside the Amazon return window.Since there seems to be no way to contact the seller, my only option is to leave a negative review..

Good deal for the price
It works well. I gave it 4 stars because I've had a couple jamming incidents which I never had with the HP cartridge. However, for the price and print quality it is worth the price even with some occasional jams.

Difficult to find nowadays but here it is!
Working at a school, with an older desk printer, it can be difficult to find the right cartridge. This was a perfect fit and has been printing well since first installed.

Finally, a company that stands behind its product
I first opened the toner package well after Amazon’s 30 day return date and the toner was broken. I thought, oh boy, am I screwed. So I tried a Hail Mary pass. I bypassed Amazon and went straight to Greencycle. Gina from Greencycle got back to me immediately, asked for a picture and more details. I sent the picture and more details and the next thing you know, Gina told me they’d send me a new one and I didn’t even have to return the old broken one.The new toner arrived within 10 days and it works fine. Wow, great customer service. Thank you, Gina, thank you, Greencycle.
