Good taste, satisfying as a meal supplement

So I have pros and cons which the pros are best! In two weeks I have lost 4 pounds my trick I drink this in the morning before I’m hungry and at lunch then I eat supper and I eat whatever on the weekends!!!!!! Trick is when u blend it put like 7 ice cubes to make it more like a slushie shake it tastes better that way too verses the liquid medicine taste. I cut the bag open and put it all in a bowl because the bag won’t reseal it has a defect with the bag. A side note I also wear the pink gp1 stickers from 7am to 3pm these two together has finally did the trick for me at least. And I tried exercising 2 hrs a day and all that other stuff which just didn’t work. This product has honestly helped me and I hope this post finds that one person that is struggling like I have been.

Have you used a bit. The taste is okay. I’m sure it could be way worse

I only like strawberry shakes. This one is also not too sweet which I love. Many shakes are way too sweet. There is no bad aftertaste. This is the best shake I have found with good vitamins and ingredients for an affordable price. Please, keep this formula as I will continue to buy!
