This Evopow 10000mAh, 15W Portable Charger Power Bank is perfect if you're looking for another power bank to add to your collection. I'm of the mind that most people should have several of these things. This is my third and it's not quite as nice as the other two, but it's close. The build is solid. I kind of like the old school way it displays the state of charge. While it's cool to know exactly how much charge is left (for example, "67.24%"), I find that kind of annoying. Four bright dots is enough for me and this power bank does indeed have 4 bright dots. You only need to glance at it and you know approximately how much charge is left.While I think this one is very close to 10000mAh, the wattage seems to be off. I tested it against a 3A (approx 15w) plug-in phone charger. My phone is barely in the category of having fast charging ability. The plug-in charger delivered slightly above 12 watts. This power bank could only charge at about 9 watts. It may be closer to a 10W charger based on this simple, real life test.So why did I use the word "perfect" to describe this power bank? The price point is a big factor. I could be wrong, but I doubt you'll find a power bank of this quality for this price right now. Wait a year or so and the inexpensive power bank will probably be 20000mAh. But why wait? If it has enough juice to charge your dead phone a couple of times, it's definitely worth getting one or more right now. At least that's the way I see it.The advantage I see in having several power banks is they're easy to misplace. It's kind of hard to misplace 3+ of them. If you never misplace things, going with a much bigger power bank might make more sense. For me, I'm thinking I need another one mainly because my wife misplaces them more often than I do, lol. Four might be the magic number for our household ...

Power banks were charged to 100% before testing. Both banks showed up with three lights showing, however, when charging commenced the third light was blinking. So, they were either at 51% or 74%, don't know. It did take quite some time to charge them completely, which either means they have a large capacity, or charge slow.They may not be "fast charging" power banks, but they offer good value and excellent bang for the buck.All of my testing proved that these chargers are quite capable. I usually don't need a "fast" charger anyway because I usually connect stuff and walk away.I don't have a smart phone, but my wife does and when connecting these power banks, it did not note that it was fast charging. It will with some power banks.Output was well within the normal 5V DC USB specs, even under a 1-amp load.These power banks offer lots of connection options, more than most power banks. The USB-C connection is in fact two way.I did not discharge the banks completely to check capacity like I used to. Just too hard on the power banks and the equipment. Besides, you can usually get a feel for whether the power bank has good capacity by paying attention to what you are charging.It was interesting that the white one weighed slightly more than the black one. I was not aware that white paint weighed more than black.Good stuff, recommended.
