Riddled with mistakes
This book was so riddled by mistakes that I found myself making mental notes every time I found one. Whoever edited this book did a disastrous job and ought to be fired. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I have never seen a college textbook with so many errors! I could've done a better job editing this book than some professional editor did! I tried finding the contact information for the company, with no luck, and writing to them as its just ridiculous and definitely needs to go through another round of editing.

Not Worth It
This is literally the worst textbook ever. So many errors and no “groundbreaking” information. It wasn’t even new when I received it like the order said. The only reason I haven’t sent it back is because I need it for my Marketing MBA Course. This book is worth $50 MAX not $220...

typos galore
Needed this text for a class. For the price, seems like they could hire a proofreader to catch all those typos.

GET A NEW EDITOR PLEASE!!!
There’s nothing that discredits a book more than typos. Especially if the book is worth over $200. And especially if it’s for an MBA class. There’s LITERALLY a typo in every other page, if not EVERY. The writer should be embarrassed! If this is the 12th edition, I really don’t know what the 1st one looked like. It just makes me feel like, should I even take what this book says seriously if they can’t even spell “represents?” Seriously, they spelled it multiple times as represemts. It’s just awful. My university let’s us borrow the books. If I would’ve had to pay for it, I’d be really upset.
