It may fit, but you must remove the wheel every time to access your bearing buddy, as the end is solid. They make a center cap with a removable center, to make bearing buddy access easier. I, personally do not like the removable center, so I am using this cap with my bearing buddy. I hope this helps.

3.25 is an inch and a 1/4 so it is a bit smaller

Q: Will it fit a 3 1/8" opening

If you are looking for just the center cap the part# A-K-TT-New & is a black center cap. The A-K-TTC-New is the same fit & it is chrome. You do have to call corporate to order these parts. If you are needing the whole piece you would have to convert the 1/8 to decimal for lining up with 3.19 inches or not. That's what the 319 stands for in the part number. The diameter of the part in inches.
