How do these packs open? Do they open on the end or are they perforated to open right down the middle? I want to put it in a handmade holder.

They open in like an envelope with a sticker and, if the sticker is removed, can be put in a handmade holder.

What size is each individual package?

Approximately 5"x3 1/4", 10 full-sized tissues in each pack

Can we specify which package design when we order? I'm a guy and most of the ones I see in stores are very feminine-looking.

Most of the ones we supply are same as the colors in the picture. The rest are similar design including camo and navy blue designs. We make sure to put at least 4 different colors in all sellable units. Hope that was clear!

Would these fit in the side tissue dispenser on diapers bags?

I can tell you the dimensions of the pack but don't know the size for the tissue dispenser on a diaper bag, sorry. The tissues are 5" X 3 1/4 and very thin. They are perfect in a purse because the design allows them to always be protected and never get dirty because they fold shut; it's not simply a slit like the old kleenex packs.
