Disappointing but I will try again
I am really sorry but one of the plates were cracked and I have to return it but I will purchase this again and hopefully it will arrive in perfect condition. The box was not damaged and sturdy but I think it was cracked before it got into the box.

My effective twister board
It definitely works with the hips and is effective. You need to use it often to get the results you desire. Very quiet, easy to store away, good quality.

Seems to be quality material but only time will tell. Easy to set up. It works exactly as is advertised. Works the abs well enough when twisting and the bands help with resistance for the arms and legs when done properly. Helps with balancing. Very quiet and easy to use.
