Great bag for an overnight trip, if you're low-maintenance.
This is a great bag for overnight trips if you're a light packer, and fits under the seat. If you're familiar with the Embraer E190, this bag fits nicely in one overhead bin along with two other regular carry-on sized bags. There is a separate zippered compartment for clothing, that opens up flat like a suitcase; a work compartment with padded laptop slot; an external compartment I use for things I need easy access to; and an extra zippered pocket for pens and other small items. There's also a little compartment to keep your credit cards safe from digital hackers.I'm a minimalist flight attendant whose size is ladies M. I bought this particular bag because I'm usually home the same day I work. I can put my 13" laptop, work iPad, cords, two sets of thinner clothing, flip-flops, toiletries/makeup, extra undergarments and socks. I recently purchased a charger with two USB slots and two USB-C slots, so that greatly reduced the number of chargers. The bag rolls lightly and quietly over flat, smooth surface. It probably helps to pack heavier items closer to the wheels. Telescopic handle is also smooth. Everything is well-made and sturdy. If you need to stack this on top of another piece of luggage, there's a delightful handle on the back that enables you to do it easily. Stack, pull the handle through the handle of the bottom bag, and rotate to secure the bag in place. The only thing that annoys me is the velcro tabs that hold the bag upright while the compartments are still open, if you want the bag stay upright. For this function I'd prefer snaps or even a zipper, since velcro easily ruins clothing. Be careful if you pack tights.I'm currently eyeing the larger version of this bag, as I think it might suit my needs better when I need to pack thicker clothing. Also, if you're of higher maintenance and require more hair products and styling tools, this Medium-sized bag is not for you. It is a great bag, regardless. Well-made, and fully warranted regardless of how it was acquired.

Outstanding Spinner Briefcase
After years of looking for just the right spinner briefcase, I found one in the Briggs & Riley @work Medium Spinner Briefcase. I've used it on four planes. It fit in the overhead bin or under my seat. It glided down the narrow aisles of the planes. I managed it easily getting into and out of a women's bathroom stall at the different airports. It did not tip over on me because my laptop was in the briefcase. I had plenty of room for my 13-inch laptop, the iPad, chargers, files, and a other miscellaneous items. I made it on the carpeting in the different airports, and I'm delighted with my purchase. I would buy it all over again. The life warranty adds that much more to its attractiveness. The handle, straps, zipper, etc. are quality parts. The outside pockets are great for boarding passes and other items. Great investment!Yvonne OrtegaProfessional Speaker and Multi-published author of the Moving from Broken to Beautiful® Series

Great carry on, but very pricey!!
This is a great, quality bag. It's very expensive, but it is of great quality. Highly recommended!

Good briefcase with some flaws
I have owned a two wheel BR briefcase for many years and decided to give this updated one a try. The BR quality is without question. This briefcase will last for awhile. Some major differences I see is that because it’s more lightweight, it’s less rigid and cannot hold things on top of it as the old one. So if you have a big purse or tote on top, it crushes the top and is not stable. I also think that it becomes extremely difficult to pull push if there is any weight in it or if it’s on carpet. Perhaps because with the 2 wheel BR briefcase, I became accustomed to pulling it, it seemed to handle carpets better. I’ve taken the 2 wheel through any of airports and down many airplanes aisles. This one doesn’t seem as robust. I often end up pulling it on 2 wheels when it is too difficult to push it on all 4. For example if it has a couple of computers in it and I’m pushing it on carpet, it will often tip over as the front wheels cannot move smoothly on the carpet. Just know that these are not the same as the old ones. I will keep it since it has a lot of space and does the job, I just wish it did the job better.

Great carryon
Got this as a gift for my mostly wonderful long long term girlfriend after her other small carry on I got her from eBags years ago suffered handle issues. She fly's back and forth (MCO-MSY) to see grand kids often. She loves this bag. She's able to get everything in it (snacks, laptop, iPad, chargers, sweatshirt, simple change of clothes, etc.) she needs for the short trip. It traverses various flooring well and easy to walk with from house to SunRail train station, train to express bus, bus exiting in airport. Also it fits everywhere so far - under seat, in the overhead, easy to handle getting in/out of Uber/Lyft's. Looking forward to trying additional B&R pieces.

Great mobile office
I bought this for work and it is great for holding many notebooks, paper and my laptop. It rolls so smoothly and quietly and isn't heavy at all. Definitely great quality

Does not fit under A321Neo
Bought this because Briggs and Riley make a good product. But they state it fits under the seat of domestic USA flights. My first use showed this is untrue and not even close to fitting.

Well made tipsy case... and no personalization
The case itself is wonderful, even though it tips over when you open the computer main compartment. I'm sorry that when you buy through Amazon you lose the initial engraving service provided by the manufacturer. Nonetheless, this case has relieved a lot of stress from my back. I used to carry my computer in a (beautiful, well designed but extremely heavy) Claire Chase leather backpack. It was quite the conversation piece but impractical for day to day use. Even though I liked better the pocket distribution (and looks) of the Claire Chase backpack (and briefcase), the B&R spinner is lighter, practical, and easier on my back. And it has a great warranty.
