I love the larger size of this red light therapy mat. It makes it effective in targeting many different areas of the body which is great for the price! It operates just as described. I mostly use the "Red & NR" setting for inflammation and pain. The timer goes off in approx. 20 minutes after turning it on. The warming heat is very enjoyable. It's been operating without problems. Red light therapy research says that it has many positive effects. I am using it for pain. My results are still pending. It is worth trying! Great quality mat!

I’ve been really happy with the Comfytemp 33” x 17” Red Light Therapy pad. The size is perfect—it covers a wide area, which makes it great for my back and shoulders. It feels warm and relaxing, and I notice less stiffness after using it. It’s easy to use, comfortable, and definitely helps me unwind at the end of the day. A simple but effective product that does what it promises!

I have degenerative disc disease, herniated disc and osteoporosis. This is not a oh this will alleviate the pain mat. It has helped a tiny bit but I was hoping for a little more relief. Still I may not be using it correctly either. It is a nice mat and does work correctly.

Inflammation is the root of all disease and this brings down inflammation with a flexible NIR mat.Just press the power button sequentially to get the next intensity. My wife and I like the NIR light with Medium intensity. You can feel the difference after a treatment.

I love this device. It really makes a difference in the tone and texture of your skin. For example, I have a new puppy. She’s a Malinois and she is always very excited and nippy and scratches me my arms look like a battlefield and ever since I’ve been using the pad. It seems like it just healed up my arms instantly within two or three days all of the cuts and scrapes were all healed up.! it also makes my body feel better and I feel less inflammation as I do suffer from arthritic aches and pains! However, I’m most looking forward to smoothing fine lines and wrinkles on my face and chest. I hear it takes about three weeks but after only one week I see a major improvement.!

It is very flexible, which means I can use it in different places on my body. It helps loosen tight glutes and back pain. I like the different levels of red light and the option for it to pulse.

Initially it had a pretty bad chemical smell and I was going to return it because I have multiple chemical sensitivity but by this morning when I was going to bring it to the UPS Store, the odor was gone so I thought I'd give it a chance. This is not a wrap because it is stiff, bulky and doesn't conform to your body because of the folds from the way it's packed . I need it to go over my left hip and low back which size wise would be fine but all the folds just stick straight up and you can't get them to lie flat. During the treatment session, the part I actually was sitting on smoothed out but the part that needed to go over my hip still wouldn't lie flat after 2 treatments.I also would prefer a timer I can control as I want longer sessions at least initially.. Why do almost all others have options from 10 to 90 minutes? I did get relief from the 2 treatments that lasted maybe 20 minutes so I'm hopeful. I have decided to return it simply because I can't get adequate exposure to the area I need the most because of the folds and the stiffness.

I just received the item and have only used it for a couple of days. So, I can't yet say if the therapy is effective. I can say that the mat is very well made. It had a vinyl liner that can easily be wiped clean. It has several light settings. I am choosing red + NIR because I am seeking to relieve pain and inflammation. It has a timer and automatically shuts off after 10 minutes. I chose this mat because it is wider than most of the other mats of this length (35" x 17"). Most other mats of this length are only 11" wide. I will provide an update in a few weeks to day how effective it is.
