Items worden verzonden in een enveloppe waardoor de items beschadigd hun bestemming bereiken.
Ik had een Barbie Signature JBJ11 besteld en deze was verzonden in een enveloppe. De doos van de Barbie was beschadigd. Aangezien dit een duurder Barbie en een collectors item is, maak ik hier een probleem van.
