We have a 2 pound kitten so the dishes that come with this are perfect! They are small enough to keep him from falling in and they wash well in the dishwasher! As for the mat, it is oversized and just to bulky. I prefer not to use it although it does hold the dishes in place. Other than that, I would prefer to buy the dishes next time without the bulky mat.

I got a new puppy and this is perfect for him, the bowl size is small so once he gets a little older I will need to get a new one but works great for small dogs/puppies

Update: I took off another star because my dog did indeed take a bite out of the mat. 😂 In his defense, this particular type of silicone is literally the only material he likes to chew. But obviously I would like it to be a bit more durable. Original review👇It’s very light weight but seems good quality. I love that the bowls fit snuggly in the mat so my dog can’t carry them off like he does with his other bowls. I am slightly worried that he will just pick up the whole mat, bowls and all and carry it around the house. It’s made of his favorite material to chew. 🤣 I haven’t witnessed it yet. Time will tell. I read other reviews that said the small size is very small and it is truly very small. It’s really well suited for a cat or a chihuahua sized dog. But I just needed it for a secondary set while my 15 lb terrier’s regular feeder set is being washed. It works for occasional use, but I would definitely get a bigger size for every day use. My dog is a super messy eater so a bigger mat that coversmore surface area would be helpful, along with bigger bowls.

this is really good. I recommend easy to clean the bowls come out and it doesn’t make a mess at all.

Love this food and water dish set for our kitten.... easy to clean and the silicone mat keeps it all contained if she makes a mess :)

Plato esta muy practico por que no se mueve del piso mientras el perro come. El mantel buenisimo para que no se manche el piso con el agua o las croquetas.

This is just the right size for a puppy/small dogs and is great even when the water is spilt it does exactly what it says

I am absolutely delighted with this dog / cat bowl. What a great invention this is. It came very well packed, in very quick time. I bought this for my cats as one of them has this habit of putting her paw in to the bowl and firing her food all over the floor, plus dragging the bowl way across the floor. This solved my problem. It stays stationary and the food stays on the mat, instead of all over the floor. I couldn't be more pleased with it. Also it is very sturdy. Great value for money.
