Is Genuine product?

So, after previously ordering 2 Velvetines directly from Lime Crime's website, I noticed I could get them here with free Prime shipping, and it said it was sold by Lime Crime and fulfilled by Amazon, so I ordered this in Prairie and the product I received was WAY lighter pink than the photo, much thinner consistency and application, and had a much fainter scent than my other Velvetines. I got suspicious that it was fake, and contacted Lime Crime customer service directly through their website and asked about the color, the scent, and noted that the text encircling the sticker on the bottom looked like it was printed JUST off center, and had what I assumed was a "lot number" (A66) printed off center in a different font on it. Lime Crime was initially doubtful it was counterfeit, but after my description said it WAS likely counterfeit, because all Velvetines have the same strong sweet scent and none featured lot numbers on the bottom. I've read that this can be an issue at Amazon, where a legit seller and a counterfeit seller's products all end up in the same bin because they're assumed identical, and someone can buy from a legit seller and end up receiving counterfeit product. I'll be returning and ordering directly from Lime Crime, disappointed.

Makes my teeth look whiter because of the contrast,  my teeth aren't suuuper yellow to begin with though.

I will try to upload a photo later, but for now, lemme just tell you that it looks fantastic on my skin tone. I'm Bangladeshi, I also have a "wheatish" tone. RIOT matches me better than any other lip color I've ever worn!
