This is a solid, heavy duty and powerful battery pack providing a great charge and power supply to my laptop when needed. Well made and durable at a reasonable price. Good to have as needed and highly recommended.

I purchased this battery to act as "AC Power" for my laptop when I'm in the field - places where there's no 120v and your laptop needs to be up all day. With twice the capacity of my Dell's internal battery, I've never run out of power even on a 10 hour site commissioning (between the internal and the Batpower).The battery plugs into your laptop's A/C plug just like a power brick and the laptop thinks you are on A/C.The battery is well made with a metal case and it looks and feels top quality. it comes in a good quality mesh protective bag that keeps it from being knocked around in a tool kit.Support is excellent. I wrote the the manufacturer asking questions and got a reply within hours.The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is hat I haven't had it long enough to attest to it's long term durability. I'd wait a year before I did that. But at this point, it's on track to earn that last star.

I have three internal batteries for my laptop; however each time I have to change I lose the work that I was doing. This handy product allows for me to swap batteries without having to wait for the device to be repowered on. It works exactly as described and is a wonder! Additionally, I mistakenly used a different cable and thought the product wasn't working as desired. They immediately inquired about my status and followed up daily. Great product and company.

My Power Bank arrived on time, and did not disappoint. It took just a short time, to completely charge. It's compatible with my Dell laptop, and my Galaxy Note 8 gets a Fast Charge (unlike every other type of power bank I've owned).The fact that I can charge them, plus other devices simultaneously is a major plus. A strongly recommended purchase, for those debating on buying this product.

This charger stopped working after two months of use. Came in with some cables missing! Contacted Amazon and no help, they asked me to contact seller, tried the seller’s phone and email but didn’t hear back! All the money 💰 down the drain! I would not purchase this!

This product has been a life saver for me! I took it camping with me and it charged my phone multiple times so I could continue taking pictures the whole trip! The adapter stopped working and I also received great customer service, as they are replacing it for no charge. I highly recommend this product and this vendor to purchase it as well.

It does not charge a laptop . It could possibly charge a tablet.

This is a quality product. Increases my mobile battery life by 5 fold. Love this product.Hard to upgrade battery in my Dell. This more than compensates.
