How much do they weigh per pair?

They are light....I am a big guy 6ft 2inches 325....they are very comfy an very light compared to.my red Wing work boots....feel.firm but very much like tennis shoes when broken in

What's the difference between this model and the quest 4 gtx?

Hi there, the difference is level of support. The Quest 4 GTX will be slightly more supportive through the length of the foot. While the Quest Element GTX will offer support and rigidity through the arch.
